The Operations Technical Support Associate executes operational workflows across the policy lifecycle in Applied EPIC, supporting Service teams with policy processing, billing, documentation, certificates, and data integrity in a high-volume environment. ResponsibilitiesProcess new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements for accountsSupport direct bill and all agency bill types of billing structures~~;~~ as assignedMaintain accurate policy records, documentation, and activities in Applied EPIC in accordance with OTech standardsReview carrier-issued policies, invoices, and notices to ensure accurate and timely data entryIssue Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property (EOPs), and Auto ID cards using CSR24 and EPICFollow established documentation standards, naming conventions, and attachment protocols (“EPIC is the file”)
