Operations Associate - Spanish & English Speaking

RxDiet is hiring an Operations Associate to support operations for its members in the United States. The role manages member and grocery operations, member support, onboarding and offboarding, and reporting. ResponsibilitiesYou will manage various tasks related to the program's success, including member/grocery operations, support, and reportingYour responsibilities include answering members' questions, helping members onboard & offboard, handling grocery operations, and assisting with reporting QualificationsYou must be fluent in both Spanish and EnglishAt this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this roleTwo years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMSPrevious experience handling member support via phoneSuccess working within a small team, having ownership of many areasExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organizationA results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experience
