Operations Associate - Health Care Operations

Position OverviewAs an Operations Associate within PNC's Treasury Management Health Care Operations Group, you will be based remotely within the Cleveland, Ohio area. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm with some opportunities for overtime.This role is primarily an entry-level to early-career banking operations position that supports healthcare-related payment processing and treasury management services for hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare clients.ResponsibilitiesExecute routine transactions and processes utilizing standard policies and proceduresPerform data entry and processing of healthcare payment transactions accurately and on timeReview and reconcile financial transactions according to established proceduresValidate documentation and ensure transactions meet service-level standards and compliance requirementsPartner internally to route calls, documents, requests and customer inquiries to appropriate teamsEnsure appropriate materials and documentation are ava
