TELUS Digital engages contributors to support AI development through data verification and evaluation. The Online Data Analyst conducts quality audits of spatial and mapping datasets, validates geographic and business information, investigates discrepancies, and provides feedback to improve mapping algorithms. Responsibilities Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories, and GIS-standard evaluation toolsEvaluate and cross-reference complex business, geographic, and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sourcesPerform root-cause analysis when spatial data points conflict across sources, documenting the discrepancy with precise reasoningApply detailed evaluation frameworks with consistency and rigor across dozens of geographic, business, and cultural data variationsBe open to work across a diverse set of Task Types (e.g. Maps, News, Audio tasks, Relevance)Provide structured feedback that helps refine mapping algorithms
