Onboarding Associate

Roles & Responsibilities As an Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for expanding the Collegelinkr member network by onboarding education professionals onto the Collegelinkr mobile application. Your responsibilities include: Identify prospective Admission Consultants, Teachers, Principals, Faculty Members, and Counsellors. Contact prospects through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media. Explain the benefits of the Collegelinkr platform. Help prospects download, register, and complete onboarding on the Collegelinkr app. Ensure registration is completed using your unique referral code. Guide members through the basic features of the app. Follow up until the onboarding is verified and approved by the Collegelinkr verification team. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective members and achieve monthly onboarding targets. Eligibility Freshers are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Comfortable speaking with education professionals. Basic knowledge of Android smartphones and mobile applications.
