Winchester Interconnect is hiring a New Product Development Engineer to manage new product design and development from concept through production launch. The role focuses on product engineering, testing, manufacturability, and cross-functional collaboration to meet design, cost, and regulatory requirements. ResponsibilitiesPerforms product design/development for customer-funded programs and new product initiatives in alignment with site capabilities, engineering standards, systems, procedures, and policiesSpecifies and documents all materials, components, performance specifications, and detailed manufacturing assets (drawings, procedures, test specifications, BOMs)Documents and records all product data and design information accurately within CAD and PDM/ERP systemsConducts engineering research to determine design feasibility (FAE); initiates, reviews, and processes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for existing products and partsIdentifies and specifies manufacturing step sequences, sp
