Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is recruiting a mid-level Benefits Data Remediation Project Analyst contractor for a confidential client. The role involves supporting pension and legacy-benefit data remediation projects, including work related to pension plan termination and pension risk transfer. Preferred Experience supporting qualified defined benefit pension plansExperience with pension plan termination, pension risk transfer, or benefits data remediation projectsKnowledge of ERISA, pension administration, and participant data requirementsExperience working with lost participant search firms and death audit vendorsFamiliarity with benefits administration systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll systemsExperience supporting retiree medical, life insurance, and other legacy benefit programs Benefits Remote work arrangementA virtual desktop setup (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
