Mellow Vault is hiring for Marketing & Outreach Intern About the Company Mellow Vault is an integrated talent infrastructure platform connecting job seekers, higher education institutions, and corporate recruiters. Through live technical sandboxing, continuous skill telemetry, and streamlined placement workflows, the platform helps candidates become enterprise-ready while enabling organizations to identify and engage relevant talent. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and personalized email campaigns for HR leaders, campus recruiters, and talent acquisition teams. Engage university placement cells, student organizations, and candidate communities to grow platform adoption. Create persuasive email copy, follow-up sequences, call scripts, and outreach materials. Research prospects, build targeted lists, and maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, response statuses, and follow-up schedules. Deliver clear product pitches through calls, virtual demonstrations, and introductory meetings. Respond to employer queries and guide candidates and hiring partners through onboarding. Requirements Suitable for candidates enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's programme, including BBA, BA, B.Tech, Communications, MBA, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or HR Management. Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone presence. Excellent written communication skills for creating persuasive outreach emails. Ability to persuade, negotiate, build relationships, stay organized, and follow up consistently. Persistence and resilience when handling rejection during outbound outreach. Familiarity with email tools, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach tools is an advantage. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with compensation of ₹20,000 per month.
