About the Company: Fytigo Private Limited is expanding its fitness partner network and helping gyms and fitness studios access a streamlined platform for partnership growth. The company is looking for a motivated field-sales professional to strengthen its presence across Central Delhi. Responsibilities: Visit gyms and fitness studios across Central Delhi to present Fytigo's partnership proposition. Identify suitable gym partners, pitch the offering, and complete the onboarding process. Manage partnership documentation and support partners with platform onboarding. Build productive relationships with gym owners and decision-makers. Meet monthly gym onboarding targets and support smooth partner activation. Track follow-ups and maintain accurate partner information using basic computer tools. Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confidence and persistence in field sales and partner acquisition. Willingness to travel regularly for gym and fitness studio visits in Central Delhi. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain organized records. Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships is preferred; candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered. This is a full-time, in-office field role with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, along with performance-based incentives.
