Acorns is seeking a Junior Invest Operations Associate to execute back-office processes that protect customer assets and support seamless financial operations. The role handles customer cases, asset transfers, disputes, account security investigations, and operational improvements. ResponsibilitiesManage High-Volume Operational Queues: Resolve a high volume of daily customer emails and operational cases through internal case systems, including account updates, asset transfers, and account reviews.
