About the JobWe are seeking an Intern – Development Finance Asset Management to join our Development Finance team within Private Markets. You will support a broad range of portfolio management, monitoring, reporting, liquidity management, credit risk, valuation, and operational activities across development finance investments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to emerging markets investing, private credit asset management, and sustainable finance.What You Will DoSupport ongoing asset monitoring by tracking principal repayments, interest receipts, and following up on payment delays or defaultsMaintain asset and portfolio data, trackers, and databases to ensure consistency across reporting, risk, and operational systemsUpdate portfolio records for rate resets, interest curves, premiums, and tax-related entriesPrepare cashflow forecasts and support internal funding and liquidity planning activitiesMonitor borrower compliance with covenants and reporting requireme
