Job SummaryAssists the Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling various general tasks assigned by Operational Support. May review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.Job DutiesReview identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.Identify and report any issues to management promptly.Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.Other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equiv
