About the Company We-matter is seeking an HR Recruiter to support its people and talent acquisition initiatives in Andheri. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing hiring function by connecting the organisation with capable professionals and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer follow-up. Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain accurate candidate records. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels. Conduct initial discussions, assess candidate suitability, schedule interviews, and communicate updates promptly. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and hiring status. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate relationship management skills. Good understanding of sourcing techniques, screening practices, and interview coordination. Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions. Ability to work full-time from the Andheri office. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual salary range of ₹2.4–4 LPA.
