Key\nResponsibilities 1. HR Operations: Manage end\u2011to\u2011end employee\nlifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related\nactivities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance. 2. Talent Acquisition: Manage end\u2011to\u2011end\nrecruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning. 3. Performance Management: Enhance employee\nproductivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback\nrecords.
