About the role
Eon is building cloud backup data infrastructure that makes enterprise backup data searchable, accessible, and AI-ready. The Growth Engineer will build software, AI, data, automation, web, and distribution systems to generate demand, create pipeline, run experiments, and expand Eon’s reach to technical customers. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build AI and automation use cases that make our demand generation and pipeline generation faster and more scalableBuild workflows and agents using tools such as Claude, Clay, LLM APIs, and custom codeConnect data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, our website, product data, and third-party sources to identify signals and trigger actionsBuild systems that help the growth team research accounts, identify intent, personalize outreach, launch experiments, and measure resultsBuild and automate parts of our paid acquisition infrastructure, including audience creation, campaign setup, and optimization across LinkedIn and GoogleOwn the technical side of eon
