General Clerk III

This position completes routine enrollment tasks in support of the provider enrollment representatives and team; researches and controls incoming applications and correspondence to ensure the work is properly categorized; and reviews and processes a high volume of prospective provider enrollment applications. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.Primary DutiesReviews, researches, and processes provider enrollment applications abiding to contract regulations, internal policies, and guidelinesCoaches providers through the enrollment process and provides inbound phone supportInitiates requests for information to complete the online enrollment processVerifies credentialing information and completes fraud detection and preventionProvides Quality Assurance checks on the provider enrollment data and enters application information into claims processing systemsAdditional ResponsibilitiesNavigate proprietary
