<p style="font-weight: 400;">Senior Full Stack Developer - Job Description</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Location: Bangalore</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Experience: 6+ Years</p> <h2>Job Summary:</h2> <p style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a highly skilled full stack developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have strong front-end expertise in <strong>ReactJS</strong> and strong back-end expertise in <strong>Java/Spring Boot</strong>. In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one additional back-end technology stack, either <strong>Node.js</strong> or <strong>Python</strong>. The role requires the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable cloud-based applications. Exposure to integrating AI/LLM APIs into business applications will be an added advantage.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Developing and maintaining front-end applications using <strong>ReactJS</strong>.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Designing and developing APIs using <strong>Java 21 or Java 25</strong> with <strong>Spring (Core/Boot/MVC/JPA)</strong> as a mandatory back-end stack, along with one additional back-end stack such as <strong>Node.js</strong> or <strong>Python</strong>.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Writing RESTful APIs and integrating them to front-end applications.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Integrating applications with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar services where applicable.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as <strong>MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB</strong>.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Developing and maintaining unit tests to ensure the quality of the code.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Extensive working experience in front-end application development using <strong>ReactJS</strong> with TypeScript/JavaScript.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Mandatory back-end experience with <strong>Java 21 or Java 25</strong>, <strong>Spring Framework</strong> (Core/Boot/MVC/JPA), and Microservices Architecture, plus hands-on experience in at least one additional back-end programming stack: <strong>Node.js</strong> or <strong>Python</strong>.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Hands on experience with REST APIs, Caching system (e.g Redis) and messaging systems like Kafka etc.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Practical experience using AI/LLM APIs in application workflows, including prompt-based integrations, API orchestration, response handling, and basic security considerations.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong knowledge of non-blocking IO, multithreading, concurrency, solid principles and microservices-based architectures.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with version control systems like Git.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Skills:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programing) and micro frontend development using Nx.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-based application development, or Big Data technologies is a plus.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits:</h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Health insurance and other benefits.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Learning and development opportunities.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible work arrangements (if applicable).</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;">CTC: 12 LPA - 20 LPA</p>
