Financial Operations Associate

Ascensus is a technology and service platform supporting savings plans across America. The Financial Operations Associate manages recurring financial operations, including fee processing, payment distribution, database oversight, billing, reconciliations, reporting, and quality control. The role also resolves advisor and third-party inquiries and coordinates with internal teams to support accurate payments and service delivery. ResponsibilitiesOwner of the quarterly and monthly automated RIA & TPA fee process. Responsibilities include payment processing, research and correction of errors / variances, trade confirmation, and payment instruction delivery to the TrustRespond and / or resolve RIA / TPA related issues, questions, and inquiriesCoordinate custom reporting and delivery of RIA information to various firmsSubmit RK HD tickets needed for fee enhancements, research and/or reportingMaintenance and compliance of Credit Memo and RK Loss databases according to published Table of Autho
