SkillsLearn is hiring for a Field Recruiter! About the Company: SkillsLearn connects people with meaningful employment opportunities and supports employers in building dependable frontline teams. We are seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to strengthen our hiring outreach across Mumbai. Responsibilities: Identify and engage suitable blue-collar candidates for open job opportunities. Visit training institutes, associations, NGOs, and other community networks to build candidate pipelines. Explain available roles, requirements, work conditions, and selection processes clearly to applicants. Coordinate screening, documentation, interview scheduling, and joining follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular recruitment updates with the internal team. Requirements: Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment or field experience may apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai and work in the field regularly. A self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach to hiring. Ability to interact respectfully with candidates from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time, in-office field recruitment role with regular external visits. The monthly salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, depending on suitability and experience.
