Export Sales Merchandiser Executive

About the Role The role offers an opportunity to work closely with export documentation, order coordination, dispatch planning, and day-to-day commercial processes. Responsibilities Assist the Export Sales Manager with order tracking, dispatch coordination, and shipment follow-ups. Prepare, organize, and maintain export-related documentation accurately. Update Excel sheets for orders, inventory, dispatch status, customer requirements, and shipment records. Coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to support timely dispatches. Monitor documentation completeness and promptly highlight discrepancies or delays. Maintain structured records and provide regular updates to the Export Sales Manager. Requirements A graduate in any discipline is preferred. Prior experience in export-import operations, merchandising, documentation, or sales coordination is preferred. Candidates with a recognized certification or educational background in export-import may also be considered. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort with documentation-heavy work. Good organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work full-time from the Bahadurgarh office. This is a full-time role with a salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
