Responsibilities Track medical claim status for submitted health insurance claims and process reimbursement claim documentation. Review policy terms, conditions, protocols, and guidelines while supporting accurate claims adjudication and processing. Maintain standard operating procedures, meet turnaround-time targets, and manage daily case volumes efficiently. Handle customer queries, escalations, outbound calls, and recovery-related conversations professionally. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve pending or incomplete claim requirements. Requirements Strong knowledge of medical terminology, claims systems, customer escalation handling, and service relationship management. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and at least one of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada. Ability to handle approximately 80–90 outbound calls daily, work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and support flexible shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.
