Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a full-time remote Customer Service Representative (Participant Specialist) to support participants with retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions. The role handles phone calls and emails, helps initiate and track requests, and coordinates communication with vendors and plan sponsors.
