Entry Level Billing Clerk

Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an Entry-Level Billing Clerk for our Houston, TX location.No previous billing experience is required. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working on a computer, and willing to learn. We will provide the training you need to be successful in the role.You will primarily review information for accuracy, enter and submit customer invoices, and process billing corrections when needed.ResponsibilitiesReview quotes, pricing, shipping documents, and other information for accuracyEnter billing information and process customer invoicesSubmit invoices through customer portalsSend invoices by email or mail as neededReview requests for invoice correctionsMake approved changes and process credits and rebillsMaintain accurate and organized billing records and documentationTrack invoice corrections for monthly reportingFollow established processes and proceduresAssist with other billing and administrative tasks as neededR
