Job Responsibilities: Configuration and programming of wireless data modems for IoT Provide NOC-based support to field engineering team System provisioning on ERP MIS generation Testing and debugging Impart technical training Resolve technical queries Ensure ticket resolution within TAT Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech or Diploma in Computers or Electronics and Communication Above 75% in Class XII Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and Android Team player Calm and mature with ability to handle difficult situations High energy and self-motivated
