The role will work across campaign execution, audience engagement, performance analysis, and brand communication in a fast-moving professional environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, content, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead quality, conversion metrics, and return on investment. Develop or coordinate engaging content for digital platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging. Manage campaign calendars, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Use analytics and performance insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve audience acquisition and engagement. Track competitor activity and emerging digital trends, recommending practical experiments and improvements. Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a closely related role. Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics. Ability to interpret campaign data, prepare clear reports, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. The position offers an annual compensation range of ₹5,00,000 to ₹9,00,000, along with performance incentives.
