ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processesWork independently to understand and document business needsWork with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application developmentSupport change control and testing processes for modifications to application systemsResearch and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needsIdentify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scaleDevelop and maintain documentation of custom processesProvide backup administration support to other ASA teammatesProvide after-hours support
