Job Description: Data Verification SpecialistSupervised by: Director of Operations - MichiganFLSA Classification: Non-ExemptEssential Functions:The Data Verification Specialist (DVS) delivers accurate and timely data entry while processing individual membership applications using an online database. In support of this process, the DVS provides quality customer service, technical assistance, resource referrals, and professional development guidance to Early Childhood Care and Afterschool Educators. This position requires speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and high-level communication skills to ensure both applicant and team success.Primary Responsibilities include:Membership application processing:Prepare and match application materials to user profiles using the online database.Uphold data privacy while handling and reviewing confidential information.Follow established policies and procedures to determine best practices for each phase of the application process.Enter data elements f
