Data Entry Specialist

At Pearster, we are looking for Data Entry Specialists to join a short-term 3-month project for one of our international clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates based in Asia, focused on reviewing information from different sources and accurately entering that information into an internal application.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and update data in the client's internal applicationReview and extract information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal Order Management Systems (OMS)Process assigned requests and tickets following established workflows and proceduresUpdate ticket statuses and ensure requests are correctly transferred to the next stage of the processConsult internal knowledge bases, reference guides, and process documentation to complete tasks accuratelyVerify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting completed workIdentify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and escalate issues when necessa
