We have multiple active projects across a variety of government and commercial clients and are actively fielding systems in operational environments.Role OverviewThe Data Entry Specialist supports Fathom Robotics' finance and people operations by entering, updating, and checking the records that keep the business running: timesheets, expenses, vendor and invoice information, and employee records. This is an entry-level, part-time remote role for someone who is careful, consistent, and comfortable working with confidential information. You will work from source documents and clear instructions, flag anything that does not match, and help keep our records accurate as Fathom grows and moves its timekeeping and project accounting into Unanet.
