Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying tax return information into multiple systems, while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing returns. This position maintains site productivity and quality standards, and has basic knowledge of all tax types and systems. Additionally, this role provides quality assurance by reviewing completed production batches of new staff and may assist with training new staff members, as needed.This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.Job Duties:Data EntryReviews and interprets the information provided on tax documents and/or imagesTransfers data from paper formats into computer files, database systems, and/or tax systems using a QWERTY keyboardVerifies information in computer files, database systems, and/or tax systems by comparing it to source docume
