UCSF Health is hiring a Data Cleanup Specialist to support the Research Gateway Grants & Agreements Implementation Project. The role reviews, corrects, validates, and tracks records in preparation for migrating or archiving historical data from legacy research systems to the Huron Research Suite. ResponsibilitiesReview reports, spreadsheets, and system records to identify data requiring cleanup, correction, or completionPerform high-volume data entry, record updates, and maintenance in existing proposal and agreements systemsApply documented business rules, established procedures, and detailed instructions to ensure accurate and consistent data updatesCompare information across spreadsheets, reports, and database records to identify discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistenciesValidate the accuracy and completeness of updated records through initial quality checksMaintain organized tracking logs and documentation of completed updates, outstanding records, and identified issue
