Data Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Insights Research Assistant Director (IAD), the Data Analyst supports the Insights team within our Product Insights department with data deliverables, quality control, top-line reporting, and analysis across assigned projects. You will validate work to ISO 20252 standards and provide day-to-day guidance and quality review of data tasks. This role has no direct reports.WHAT YOU'LL DOData Deliverables & AnalysisOwn crosstabs and data tables, cleaned client data files, organized open-ended data documents, and JMP files for each assigned survey, including building the data sets for JMP conversion.Set up open-ended data analysis, guide open-ended coding deliverables, and code voluntaries as needed.Analyze survey data to identify patterns, outliers, and notable findings, and flag them to the project team.Build top-line reports, support research summary reports, and create Individual Panelist Sheets as needed.Quality Control & Data IntegrityValidate dataset deli
