About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Data Analyst will provide accurate, clear and commercially useful analysis to support decisions across the business. The role will focus on pricing, costs, margins, discounts, sales performance and data quality, while also supporting Business Central readiness and wider business improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesExtract, cleanse, validate and organize information from business systems and spreadsheetsProduce and maintain pricing, cost, margin, discount, sales and product analysisInvestigate unusual results, missing information and pricing or costing misalignmentBuild and improve Excel workbooks, Power BI reports, Python tools and other reporting resourcesSupport Business Central data preparation, cleansing and wider improvement projectsWork with colleagues across departments to understand questions and present practical findingsMaintain clear documentation, file structures, instructions and handover notesRequirementsStrong Excel capabil
