Roles & Responsibilities A Bachelor's or Diploma degree in the computer systems domain is preferred. Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools Provide product support as per the standard guidelines Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus English communication should be good.
