Customer Success Associate (CSA)

Recruit CRM is hiring for a Customer Success Associate (CSA)! About the Company: Recruit CRM is building modern technology for recruitment professionals. As a Customer Success Associate, you will help customers get value from the Recruit CRM platform while developing practical experience in customer communication, product support, and relationship management. Responsibilities: Respond to client questions and support requests through chat and email with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Learn the Recruit CRM platform thoroughly and guide users through relevant features and workflows. Understand customer needs, investigate user problems, and provide accurate, timely solutions. Document recurring issues and share useful customer insights with internal teams. Build positive, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and thoughtful communication. Work remotely for 8.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Requirements: Open to students graduating or post-graduating in 2027. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating through chat and email. Customer-focused attitude, patience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn a SaaS product. Ability to understand user concerns, troubleshoot logically, and explain solutions in a simple manner. Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams. Successful completion of training and strong performance may lead to a full-time opportunity with a CTC of ₹8 LPA.
