We are looking for a Travel Agency Staff member to support our operations in Vijayawada and deliver a smooth experience to every customer. Responsibilities Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable itineraries, packages, transport, and accommodation options. Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, messaging, and in-person interactions. Prepare quotations, coordinate bookings, maintain accurate records, and follow up on pending confirmations. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners. Assist with itinerary changes, documentation, cancellations, and post-booking customer support. Maintain professional communication and contribute to daily agency targets and service quality. Requirements Prior experience is mandatory; candidates with relevant travel experience Strong communication, organization, and customer-handling skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain booking and customer information accurately. Good knowledge of local and domestic travel destinations is preferred.
