Customer Service Order Entry Associate

The Customer Service Order Entry Associate is responsible for orders and other processes in the Customer Service department at Arhaus Upholstery in Conover, NC. This is a full-time hourly position reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor.ResponsibilitiesPrint all orders from the system dailyKeep up with daily and weekly total number of ordersOversee questions on ordersMay be cross-trained to help with other functions and tasks as neededPerform any other tasks as assigned by supervisorRequirementsHigh School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredComputer experience such as using email, Excel, Word, etc.Furniture Customer Service Experience preferredStrong collaboration and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organization, analytical and problem-solving skillsAutonomous and independent worker able to work with minimum supervisionStrict attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentMust be reliable, a team player, and have own reliable transportatio
