Creative Design and Research Co-op/Intern

RG&T Solutions is seeking Creative Design and Research Co-op/Interns for the Spring 2027 session. The role supports product and service concept development through business cases, design materials, collaboration with analytics and styling teams, and research into North American trends and customer preferences. Responsibilities Creating business cases for new physical and digital products, services, and proposalsCollaborating with Business Analytics teamsSupporting Styling teams with concept materials, sketches, data modeling, color, graphics, materials, UX/UI graphics, and animationsParticipating in meetings to develop projects through storytelling, animations, and model buildingResearching North American trends and customer preferences Qualifications Major coursework in relevant fields such as Product or Transportation Design, UX, or Interaction DesignMinimum 2.5 GPA, class standing of sophomore or higherEnrollment in a bachelor's or master's program Benefits Opportunities for mentors
