Retell AI is hiring a contract accountant to support day-to-day accounting as the company grows. The role focuses on monthly close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resolving billing-related tickets. ResponsibilitiesSupport the monthly close: reconciliations, accruals, and journal entriesWork AR: invoice follow-up, cash application, and agingWork AP: vendor bills, approvals, and payment runsResolve billing-related tickets from customers and internal teams Qualifications2+ years of accounting experience covering month-end closes, AR, and APExperience at a SaaS or other high-growth companyHands-on with accounting and billing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, Bill.com) PreferredCPA or CPA candidateExperience with usage-based billing BenefitsRemote contract role; must be open to working some overlapping hours with the Pacific Time team and customers.
