Your RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Performance Analyst to join our UK Milling business, based in Chelmsford, Essex.This role will play a key part in supporting commercial decision-making and improving business performance through insightful, data-led analysis. Working across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations, you will help the business better understand profitability drivers and identify opportunities to improve performance.You will be responsible for creating and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards and profitability models that go beyond traditional financial reporting, providing clear and meaningful insight into how ADM Milling creates value.Working closely with the UK Milling leadership team, you will help support a more commercially focused performance culture by translating data into practical, actionable insight.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain business performance reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power BI an
