The Chemical Analysis Applications and Service Engineer will provide field service, installations, maintenance, customer training, remote diagnostics, and chemistry applications support for analytical instruments across the eastern United States. Responsibilities Complete customer site preventative maintenance, service, installations and chemistry applications of analytical instrumentsDiagnose instruments via remote diagnostics and phone supportPerform customer training on analytical instrumentationPerform IQ/OQ (Installation Qualifcation/Operational Qualification) on ICP-MS (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry), ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma optical emissions spectroscopy), EA (elemental analyzer), AAS (atomic absorption spectrometry), UV-Vis Spectrometers, and/or TOC (total organic carbon) analytical instruments Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant major such
