About the Company Gold Cash Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth through customer acquisition, lead generation, and strong relationship management. The role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to expanding the company's market presence in Gurgaon. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach. Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads and prospective customers. Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and business partners. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and growth opportunities. Work toward business targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely resolution of requirements. Requirements Graduation in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. MBA candidates with a specialization in Marketing or Sales will be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. A result-oriented approach with the ability to work toward defined business targets.
