We welcome applications from all backgrounds and particularly encourage interest from women, underrepresented groups, and neurodivergent candidates.Location: Hampshire (onsite 5 days per week)Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.Billing & Financial ControlManage the monthly billing cycle for Service Charges and Project Delivery, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely and compliant with contractual terms and agreed approval processes.Extract, validate and reconcile fixed and variable charge data from ITSM platforms, asset management systems, monitoring tools and other operational data sources.Maintain billing models, calculation methodologies and supporting evidence, ensuring cha
