The role works with leaders across the business to analyze challenges, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities. ResponsibilitiesContribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, working alongside teammates on the Strategy & Operations team and partners across ShopMySupport analysis of core business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and growthHelp develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plansWork closely with senior leaders to bring strategic ideas to life—translating insights into actions that drive real business resultsIdentify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, bringing thoughtful, forward-looking recommendations to the tableHelp refine processes and build scalable systems that set ShopMy up for long-term success
