Associate Executive – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an Associate Executive – Talent Acquisition to support day-to-day recruitment operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to a structured, candidate-focused hiring experience. Responsibilities Source candidates through relevant channels and screen resumes against role requirements. Conduct initial HR conversations, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear evaluation notes. Coordinate interview schedules, communicate updates, and follow up with candidates and interviewers. Prepare offer documentation and support joining coordination through the final stages of hiring. Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and share timely hiring reports. Requirements Open to freshers and candidates with 6 months or more of recruitment experience. Graduation in any discipline is required; an HR-related qualification is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. Applicants must currently reside in Bangalore; relocation candidates will not be considered. Comfort with working from the office 5–6 days per week is essential. The compensation range is ₹3.5 LPA for freshers and up to ₹4.5 LPA for candidates with relevant experience.
