About the RoleAs an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the council's intelligence function, working closely with services to provide high-quality performance information, analysis and insight. You will work with managers and colleagues across the council to understand information needs, develop reports and dashboards, analyse data, and help services use evidence to improve decision-making. Using tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Co-Pilot, you will help transform data into accessible and actionable intelligence that supports both operational and strategic priorities. You will manage your own workload and build strong relationships with stakeholders while working alongside Senior Analysts, Corporate Analytics Managers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality analytical products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality analysis, research and management information for designated service areas.Support evidence-based decision-making by
