Admissions & Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Admissions & Parent Counselling Handle admission inquiries and counsel prospective parents. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable tutoring services. Convert qualified inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups. Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Operations & Client Coordination Coordinate with parents, tutors and internal teams. Manage scheduling, follow-ups and daily service coordination. Address client inquiries and operational concerns. Requirements Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills. Good coordination and follow-up abilities. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Responsible, proactive.
