About the Company VR HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support finance operations for a role focused on Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable activities. The position offers an opportunity to work with structured processes, global stakeholders, and service-level commitments while building strong expertise in transaction management and accounting operations. Responsibilities Manage billing, invoice generation, customer account reconciliation, and other activities across the end-to-end O2C and Accounts Receivable cycle. Apply incoming customer payments and bank receipts accurately against open invoices and investigate mismatches when required. Coordinate with global clients and internal stakeholders to resolve overdue payments, clarify account queries, and follow up on outstanding receivables. Maintain reliable financial records and prepare daily and weekly operational reports in line with defined SLAs. Follow internal compliance requirements, accounting policies, and documented Standard Operating Procedures. Identify process bottlenecks, highlight SOP gaps, and contribute to quality, accuracy, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Requirements Any graduate may apply; B.Com, M.Com, MBA, finance, or accounting qualifications are preferred. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or related finance operations. Freshers are not eligible. Basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to maintain accurate operational data. Good written and verbal English communication skills for global correspondence and stakeholder coordination. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving ability. The selected candidate will be expected to work accurately, meet agreed service levels, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across finance operations.
